The curriculum at Pramiti encompasses a wide spectra and is interwoven. It is based on the concept of generalisation, proficiency and application. Learning happens in various ways and through different means. So, to conclude that one learns Mathematics only when he is in a Mathematics class or with a Mathematics book clearly limits the whole process. At Pramiti, we understand learning not as academics and beyond academics but learning as a whole that takes place in different forms and in a very interdependent way. So, for us, the learning we experience in Mathematics is interlinked with learning that we experience in Language, Science, Art, Sports and also see the manifestation of the learning in our lives in various ways.
Although the core subjects offered are similar across all age groups, the focus changes according to the developmental stage and the needs thereof. The complexities are at a range and as the child enters into the community where assessment and examinations also become part of the learning, the curriculum is adapted and designed to support the same.
